Slow down and reset with this 75-minute experience designed to release tension from both body and mind. This class begins with grounding breathwork before moving through deep stretches focused on the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and areas where we commonly hold stress and tightness. Expect longer-held floor poses, intentional stillness, and the addition of props to help you ease more deeply into the practice.
We’ll close with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling more open, grounded, and restored for the week ahead.
