Deep Sleep Reset is your invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life, release the weight of the day and reconnect with a sense of calm. This deeply restorative evening is designed to help soothe your nervous system, quieten your mind and prepare your body for deeper, more restful sleep.

Begin with gentle Yin Yoga movements and longer-held poses that help melt away physical tension, create space in the body and invite stillness. You’ll then be guided into Yoga Nidra—a deeply restful meditation practice that encourages complete relaxation, calms mental chatter and supports better-quality sleep.

We’ll close the evening with a calming tea ritual and heartfelt sharing, allowing you to pause, connect and ease gently into the night.

You’ll also receive a thoughtfully curated Soulful Cove Sleep Ritual Kit to take home—so you can carry the calm with you and continue creating your own soulful bedtime ritual.

Kripa is a trained Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer, bringing together movement, breath, sound and mindful practices to support deep rest, balance and inner connection.

She is the founder of Giraffe Zen and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). With over 25 years of experience in global financial institutions, she also brings a deep understanding of high-performing corporate environments.
