Join Karen Sincore, RYT-500, Sound Practitioner & Reiki Master, and KariJo Rider, Angel Star Practitioner, for a grounding and beginner-friendly workshop designed to align your body, mind, and spirit.

Through mantra, mudras, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and journaling, you’ll explore the subtle energy body and chakras, learning simple practices to connect with your intuition while cultivating clarity and direction.
