Reconnect to a natural state of being. Our day will consist of soft grasses and stillness, rich lavender fields and laughter, nourishing foods and bright beverages, hands-on creation with clay and collected items, softening gentle movement and stretches, and the embrace of a sweeping sound bath. If you're seeking an experience that will bring you back to your roots and closer to nature, you have found it. Please bring comfortable clothing, as well as a towel or yoga mat for yoga/sound bath. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary

This class is $100 per person and all ages and ability levels are welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Please dress comfortably and bring any props or mats you will need for class.
