Resting on the amethyst-filled, cool-infrared Biomat in the summer and warm in the winter, is an experience that leads to ultimate relaxation and pleasure in the body, mind and spirit.
The combination of gems and down-regulated infrared creates a magically calm, floaty feeling inside body and mind, surrounded with candle lite.
Nina leads you through one hour of four restorative, rotisserie-like, easeful postures, and accompanies your waking sleep with meditative guidance.
Energy begins to flow smoothly, to synchronize, and to slow down. Meditation and delta-wave rest become accessible and fulfilling.
