Deep Rest: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

Join me for a slow and grounding Sunday evening designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset for the week ahead.

​We’ll begin with a gentle yin yoga practice, holding poses for longer to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space within. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, where the vibrations of sound support relaxation and stillness.

​Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer to gently stretch deep tissues and calm the nervous system.

​Sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you rest while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations that help the body and mind unwind.

​This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners. No previous experience is needed.

​Come as you are, and give yourself time to slow down.

​✨ What to expect:

• ​45 minutes of yin yoga
• ​45 minutes of sound bath
• ​time to arrive, settle, and gently close
