Deep Rest: Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Deep Rest: Unwind and recharge in our unique Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Journey. Designed to release tension and support the nervous system, this session combines gentle restorative yoga poses with the healing vibrations of sound. Anna will guide you into fully supported poses that allow the body to deeply relax and restore, while Lisa plays soothing sounds with Gong, crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create an immersive experience that calms the mind and relieves stress. Perfect for all levels, and also pregnant bodies, this workshop is a chance to let go of daily pressures and reconnect with a refreshed sense of well-being.
