The Deep Rest Experience Sound Bath
As the days grow shorter, November invites us to slow down and restore. The Deep Rest Experience is a 60-minute sound bath designed to help busy minds and tired bodies find space to truly rest.
Wrapped in the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gentle gong, and therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided into deep relaxation—giving your nervous system a chance to unwind and your body a chance to settle into stillness.
No experience is needed—bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and allow yourself an hour to pause, rest, and reconnect.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your own comfort.
Parking is next to the Activity Hall ( not the main car park). Go through the in drive and turn to the right and you will see the two little car parks.
Not suitable for: anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, people with sound-induced epilepsy or with severe mental health challenges. Medical advice needed if people have pacemakers.
