Using breath (air) 🌬️, we stoke the inner fire 🔥, generating heat to activate, distill, and release emotions stored in the body's water element 🌊. Through rhythmic, hyper-oxygenated breathing, we quiet the thinking mind, accessing deep subconscious wisdom.

About the Facilitator
Nic Tufts (Hierophunk) is a music producer, DJ, and certified breathwork facilitator with over 20 years immersed in ancient healing practices and transformational work.
Her studies include training with Sherry Edwards in bioacoustics, exploring the scientific applications of sound frequencies on the body and nervous system. This unique foundation allows her to bridge ancient medicines with modern sound technologies, crafting sonic journeys that are both grounded in real science and ancient medicines.
Nic’s work weaves together breath, sound, and ceremony to guide participants into deep states of release and reset, creating powerful experiences for nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and embodied integration.
