Nature helps us unravel in her wonderful immenseness, its so simple really. Please join us this weekend and discover how to play in life again.
Yoga helps us find our own answers, they are waiting to be rediscovered from within. Tuning up your own awareness help become a witness to the ongoing stories of daily life.
Yoga helps us respond to this life from a place of loving kindness, rather than a reactionary response. It is through the practice that we let go of often long held frustrations and resentments that can lead to anxiety and worry that over occupy the mind. These distractions become a full time occupation and prevent us from seeing the joy in living life. This retreat will help us restore balance from within.

This weekend is your space to reset the mindscape. We all need to come into the restorative space of nature, its kind and loving support system to all life is nourishing for our soul.
This retreat will help you find your enjoyment in every day again, by letting go.
What you can expect:
Daily Hatha, Yin and restorative yoga therapies with pranayama and meditation. “The body is the recycle centre of the mind” this makes sense as to how emotions, thoughts and feelings get trapped in our bodies.
The results deeper flexibility, greater range of motion, expansion of breath, key to wellbeing. On this weekend we will focus on how the breath creates movement, and the lifelong benefits of pranayama(breathwork) in different forms.
Our private chef Lisa @lisasbespokefeasts creates a special creative menu of vegetarian and vegan delights. All meals and snacks, and drinks are included this weekend.
