Hosted by Evelyn and Dru Ali of Sacred Liiight, in collaboration with Holistic Vibez, this one-hour experience blends Ajna Light Neurotechnology, gentle movement, and vibrational sound, to support deep renewal in a calm, welcoming environment.

This monthly reset weaves together ancient practices and modern meditation technology which include:

Each element is offered with care, allowing participants to move at their own pace while settling into stillness, presence, and inner listening.

First Half — Release & Grounding
Intentional, accessible movement paired with breath awareness and grounding practices supports the body in unwinding, releasing held tension, and settling the nervous system—preparing the body for deep rest.

Second Half — Deep Rest & Sound Immersion
Participants rest comfortably as they enter a deeply restorative sound immersion with planetary gong and crystal singing bowls, supported by Ajna Light Neurotechnology and Holy Fire® Reiki. Reiki is offered as a gentle healing arts practice through guided self-practice and distant support, emphasizing relaxation, balance, and restorative rest.
The experience is intentionally paced to allow the nervous system to settle, supporting clarity, restoration, and embodied presence.
