Deep Relaxation Sound Bath

This restorative sound bath weaves in sound healing techniques that are used to relax the nervous system, using low toned instruments and blending frequencies. Using rhythmic patterns to work with lowering the brainwaves, getting one into altered, dreamlike states. This gets the body into the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and digest. When the body is in the state, it allows for deep relaxation and regulation.

Each one of these sound baths are unique as they are crafted for a different intention. These can be transformative journeys where emotions are allowed to arise and release, leaving one open to new ways of being in the body. Allowing the vibrations to move through the body while relaxing the mind. Gongs, drums, deep toned Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, healing chimes and a rainstick will used in this session.

The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Plume Apothecary. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
