Join us for our popular monthly Deep Meditation and Mindfulness class.Relax in the etherial setting of Altar while we take you on a spiritual journey through your subconscious mind, We will even throw in a cuppa and a bikkie.
Time:- 7pm - 8.30pm
Age:- all ages
Price:- £6 per person
We advise you to bring a mat, blanket, cushions and anything else you will need to be comfortable.
Please feel free to bring your book of shadows or journal to record any information.
All materials and light refreshments are included, if you have any dietary requirements please contact us before the workshop.

There is free parking onsite which is on a first come basis, there is also free parking on the side roads and at west park. The room is also accessible by lift if it is needed, please contact us if you have any special access requirements.
