Deep Listening Workshop®

Deep Listening® is a practice created by the late musician, sound-maker, and community builder Pauline Oliveros; developed to expand our sense of listening (internal, external, imagined, remembered) as a form of connection, creativity, musicality, and awe. Together, we will curiously explore practices rooted in gentle movement, somatic awareness, journalling, sensorial expansion, listening scores, and collective sound-making.

No musical experience required.

Please bring a journal and pen, water bottle, supports to get cozy with when we lay down. Comfortable clothing to move and rest in is excellent, too.
