About this Event

This is a 3-part workshop series taking place on Fridays, Sept 11, 18, 25

Experiment and create in a variety of fun and playful ways guided by Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Helga Strauss. Enjoy a journey of exploration as we play with mindful, delightful ways to fill journals with art, found poetry, “junk” from our daily lives and more!

$105/person, all materials included and all experience levels welcome!

About the instructor: Helga Strauss is an artist, educator, and therapeutic arts practitioner. In her personal art practice, she creates art every day, following her joy and curiosity. As a teacher for over 30 years, she encourages her students to do the same. Her mission is to help people spark joy, connection, and healing through creative, art-filled play.
