Deep Listening - Ambient music Night

A moment in time where there is no tech, no doing and no responsibilities to attend to. Simply lay down relax and listen. Using the magic of ambient music and sound to bring you to a place of deep peace. Changing the gears of your nervous system to create space for your creativity and imagination to run wild.

There will be a short meditaion to get everyone feeling open and relaxed. Once that is complete, guest will be free to remain in a meditave state or go on to journal / draw during the session. Once the session is complete we will open it up for a light discussion and that will conclude the evening.

• pen & journal, sketch pads, etc.(only if desired)
• comfortable clothing
• yoga mat (if you have one)
