Less “workout,” more something you look forward to.

Deep End Sessions are small-group, outdoor deep water experiences designed to move your body, reset your mind, and create space for connection. Set in the deep end of the pool, this guided session combines steady treading, light structure, and moments to simply float, breathe, and be present.

Conversation happens naturally above the surface, while your body stays engaged below—making this both a full-body workout and a social, low-pressure environment.

No prior experience is needed. You can go at your own pace, modify as needed, and take breaks anytime.

After the session, we invite you to stay—hang poolside, connect with the group, and ease into the rest of your day.

What to expect:

• Come ready to get in the water
• Bring your sunscreen, towel, and sunhat
• Arrival + quick intro
• Guided deep water tread with light structure
• Time for conversation and connection throughout
• Optional hang after the session
