Deep Dive 2025

Deep Dive '25 is a 6-week series for deep Self exploration, inner healing, and connection with a small group of like-minded individuals ready to journey, explore, and get curious, together.

• Weekly Somatic Breathwork Ceremonies with the same small, intimate group (5 total)
• Weekly 1:1 Somatic Experiencing Sessions with Heart Space Center Founder, D'Arcy Valverde (6 total)

Registration for this intimate Deep Dive is limited to a small group; roughly 5 individuals. The group size is intentional for the Deep Dive to be held in a very safe container so participants may dive as deeply as they’re ready to dive; space to be open, space to be vulnerable, space to share and space to receive.

• Consistent Group

We will gather in-person at Ananda Yoga Space on Thursday evenings for Somatic Breathwork* Ceremonies with time to share, if desired, and practice Active Listening; connecting and processing in this sacred space and small group. These ceremonies will be held weekly so the body may fully integrate each Breathwork experience before the next session. Breathwork Ceremonies will take place Thursdays, 7pm-9pm:

*the active somatic breathwork practice will be ~30-40 minutes.

• Weekly 1:1

Between each group Breathwork Ceremony, participants will meet 1:1 with The Heart Space Center Founder, D’Arcy Valverde, for individual SE sessions.

It is the responsibility of each participant to book their 1:1 SE sessions via The Heart Space Center's online booking platform (https://www.theheartspacecenter.org/book-online-3).

• The first SE session should take place the week before the first Somatic Breathwork Ceremony on May 8 (first session on a day between April 30 and May 7).
• The final SE session should take place after the last Somatic Breathwork Ceremony on June 5 (last session on a day between June 6 and June 13).

It is recommended to book individual SE sessions as soon as possible upon registering for Deep Dive '25.

Infusing Somatic Breathwork, a typically deeper somatic release, with the gentle yet profound healing of SE, will allow participants to grow their awareness of energetic and physical bodies alongside deep healing.

The small group Breathwork Ceremonies will include time for participants to come together into the power of community. Opportunity to share experiences in both breathwork and SE (if desired), and reflect together. A chance to practice Active Listening, and to allow others to witness you.

Total investment for the 5-week Deep Dive is $950. ​

​Payment plans are available. If choosing a payment plan:

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due when registering.

$140 due before your booked SE session each week of the series, therefore $140 payment will be due each week prior to:

If not choosing a payment plan, participants will pay $250 upon registering, be invoiced the remaining $700, to be paid upon receipt via Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash.
