Decoding the Mother's Wound

Our mother represents our first point of connection with the world. Sometimes, this connection feels disrupted by various events or traumatic experiences. Deciphering the intricate bond and relationship that exists between our Mother and us serves as a gateway to unlocking our full potential.

This workshop will serve as a space for reconciliation and expansion, providing an opportunity to reconnect with love in its most abundant expression.

Through somatic and energetic De-armouring, movement, cacao (optional-for heart opening) breathwork and energy activations while recreating the "womb sensations" in floating silk hammocks we will embark on a journey together to release unsettled memories from the past and sever the energy cords that keep us trapped in unhealthy cycles.

*This event is for women 18yrs and older. Please dress comfortable and feel free to bring a blanket and journal.

*Please refrain from eating heavy 1 hour prior to event. Refrain from any stimulants (Caffeine, nicotine, Marijuana, etc.) For 2 hrs prior to event.

*Cacao is optional. It is not required to take for this event. If you are currently taking blood thinners or Anti-depressants cacoa is not recommended.
