Decision Meeting: Upper Jones Falls Watershed

Join us to review and discuss findings from past community collaboration and co-create shared priorities for the future of the watershed.
About this Event

Volunteers and environmental leaders in Baltimore are co-creating a landmark Strategic Plan for the future of the Jones Falls and its connected waterways.

Join us for our fall Decision Meetings, where we'll review and discuss findings from past community collaboration and co-create a path forward for the future of the watershed.

These meetings are designed to provide space for all interested parties to come together and imagine a brighter future for the all parts of the watershed. Participants will be part of breakout discussions around topics of interest from our five focus areas:

1. Water Quality & Stream Health
2. Habitat & Biodiversity
3. Access, Recreation & Public Space
4. Land Use, Infrastructure & Flooding
5. History, Culture & Community Stewardship

Our three Decision Meetings are geographically focused. The October 10th meeting will concentrate on the Upper Jones Falls, from 695 to Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery. Stakeholders from all over are welcome to attend any and all of the three meetings.

Don't miss your chance to help shape the Strategic Plan! The priorities we set here will form the foundation of our shared vision and have an impact on Baltimore's central watershed for decades to come.

Visit the strategic plan website for more information.

Note: the meetings are open to all but RSVP is required.
