You’re welcome to join us for this Sacred Ceremony as we gather together & begin with a cup of heart-opening Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao. The final chapter of the year brings the season of cleansing & renewal. As 2025 comes to a close, the cosmos opens a window of deep healing. December brings a magnetic pull towards release, simplicity & soulful redirection. Now, as the year exhales, the energy slows & deepens, encouraging sacred pause over striving. This is an invitation to the grace of stillness. Slowing down. Reconnecting with our breath & letting go 🤍❄️
We begin by connecting with the frequency of essential oil & flow into breathwork & grounding into Mother Earth. We then draw the Diamond Crystalline light through each energy center in our bodies, releasing old blockages & cycles that are no longer serving us. We then allow ourselves to take a sacred pause. A deep rest as we follow the rhythm of nature & the winter season. We surrender to Gaia’s invitation, giving ourselves permission to slow down, to breathe, to rejuvenate & to reconnect with the breathtaking beauty of the present moment 🕊️
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.
Since Ancient times Cacao was used in Ritual & Ceremony by the Mayans, Aztecs & South American ancestors & was considered sacred. Pure Ceremonial grade Cacao is a powerful Plant Medicine & has many amazing, life-affirming qualities that support health & psychological well-being. Cacao creates a Heart opening experience & invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. The frequency of the sound synchronises with the brainwaves slowing them down to a deeply restorative state. The frequencies bring the body into a state of vibrational balance, coherence & harmony.
*If a person is taking antidepressants or other forms of medication please let us know before the Ceremony so we can adjust your amount of Ceremonial Cacao.
*In the case of any form of Nut allergies please inform us before the Ceremony.
*Please avoid drinking coffee/black tea (caffeine) a few hours prior to the Ceremony. It’s recommended to eat light throughout the day before drinking the Cacao for its maximum benefits.
*For your own comfort it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing & socks.
*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony.
You may wish to bring any crystals, crystal jewellery or sacred objects that you wish to work with during the ceremony.
