In this engaging, hands-on presentation, you’ll learn the simple, P.H.S² Goal Map Process that many have used to align personal and business priorities to accomplishment. We’ll stress-test priority frameworks, translate identity into specific behaviors, and explore what holds us back and ways to make progress feel obvious and doable. Through table activities and discussion, you’ll convert big vision into tactics, actionable goals and set a cadence to track wins. You’ll leave with a renewed mindset and clear, actionable steps to get tangible results.
