December Monthly Leadership Exchange: Market, Mingle & Make Connections

Leadership Exchange is where our community comes together to build connections, develop as leaders, and strengthen relationships beyond the usual meeting room. This month, we’re celebrating the season with a festive social stroll through the Grand Rapids Christkindl Markt at the Downtown Market!
Join us for an evening of holiday cheer as we explore artisan vendors, enjoy seasonal treats, and connect with fellow members. Because leadership isn’t just about what we learn — it’s also about the relationships we build and the community we create together.
Agenda:
5:30p - Meet at the Market + Welcome
5:30p - 7:30p Christkindl Markt Stroll, Shopping + Socializing
7:30p - Event Conclusion
Program: Market, Mingle & Make Connections
We’re taking Leadership Exchange out of the meeting room and into the holiday spirit! Join us for a relaxed evening exploring the Grand Rapids Christkindl Markt, enjoying the festive atmosphere, and connecting with fellow members. No formal speaker or workshop — just good company, holiday cheer, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships.
What to Expect:
Explore the Christkindl Markt and its artisan vendors.
Discover seasonal food, drinks, and unique holiday finds.
Connect with fellow GRJC members and build new relationships.
Enjoy a festive evening together as we close out the year!
