Phil is a 9 year student of the craft, and currently an apparatus engineer with Omaha Fire. He also serves as a research technician for the UL Fire Safety Research Institute. He will sharing "Search Tactics: Focusing on Them."Search Tactics: Focusing on Them
Just because we arrive doesn’t mean they survive. This class is going to take a dive into search and rescue tactics by examining thet data from several UL FSRI studies that FF Gilman was involved with.
