Yes, we embrace the cold! Here is the next full moon walk!! December 4, 6-8pm. See you there with hats, handwarmers, and delicious hot tea. This is a slow, small distance, forest bathing walk that includes guided mindfulness exercises, invitations to engage with the natural world around us, and a chance to connect with other nature loving humans. Registration is required, cost is $8 per person. Rain or shine event, no refunds, only cancelled in the event of dangerous wind speeds.
