Falahá̱ma Bíyyiꞌka – Eternal Return
Destiny Green presents a solo show focused on portraiture. This exhibition explores the cyclical nature of connection. Falahá̱ma Bíyyiꞌka: Eternal Return reflects Green’s ongoing journey to reconnect with her Chickasaw heritage and the culture of the Southeastern Indigenous art renaissance. This work blends contemporary photographic techniques with ancestral iconography to create narratives that speak to both past and present. This exhibition will be in the West End Gallery.
Art Market
Living Arts will be putting on an Art Market in the Myers Gallery, where local artists will be presenting vignettes of their work for sale. They’ll also have booths of smaller items for sale on First Friday, December 4th. Participating artists will be announced closer to the date of the show.
