Treat yourself to 90 minutes of relaxation and restoration, with a combination of Yin Yoga & the blissful and peaceful vibrations of crystal sound bowls by Carmen Bennett.During the 90 minutes you will be guided through a series of nourishing Yin Yoga poses & sound bowl frequencies to assist in releasing stuck energy.
