December Community Gathering: Let's Laugh!

You’re invited to our December Community Gathering - let’s laugh together! Inspired by Laughter Yoga, which was created by Dr. Madan Kataria after the enlightening realization that laughter has immense therapeutic, mental and physical benefits. This gathering is a time to connect with your community and share one of the most joyful things in life together - laughter. We’ll be doing laughter exercises, tapping into our silliness and breaking down the walls we often put up with strangers to connect on a deeper level. Discover ways that intentional laughter can positively enhance your life. And as always, diving into some journaling and sharing to inspire conscious conversation. Let’s get silly! See you on Sunday.
