Community leading community - that’s our theme for December’s community builder at Essential Yoga Studio! Join us as we welcome Essential students Leah, Don, and Sharon - a spiritual therapist, soul-centered coach, and energy healer, respectively - to explore an introduction to Soul Sanctuary Sessions from 730-9p on Friday, December 19 at Essential Yoga Studio.Together, Leah, Don, and Sharon will support participants as we learn gentle tools to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and cultivate inner clarity and peace during the winter holiday season. Through shared presence, embodiment practices, and soulful conversation, we’ll settle into the moment, find a felt sense of belonging and being seen, and remember our own inner guidance.
This circle invites you to understand what you’re feeling from others and the world, and return to your own clear energetic center.
