You'll learn all the tips and tricks to make the perfect macaron shells with the quintessential crunchy exterior and soft, chewy interior. But it's not just about baking. We provide everything you need, all the ingredients, tools and instruction needed to make macarons and boxes to take your macs home with you! You'll leave class with a recipe for macaron shells and a buttercream filling recipe and the macarons you made during class!
