When you step into a doctor’s office, senior living community, or hospital, you’re met with people who dedicate their lives to caring for others. But behind every great healthcare professional is a community making it possible–employers, educators, and partners working together to support those who care for us.That’s the mission of the Geauga Healthcare Sector Partnership.
Led by Geauga Growth Partnership, Inc. (GGP), this collaboration connects healthcare providers, such as University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center and Judson Senior Living, with educators from institutions like Kent State Geauga and Lakeland Community College.
Selected as one of only 11 newly funded collaboratives in Ohio, the partnership launched in January 2025 with a Spark Grant from the Ohio Department of Development–and it’s already gaining momentum.
