This December, Swim Like A. Fish is hosting a 2-day specialty camp at the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center in Louisville, KY, dedicated to one of the fastest—and most overlooked—parts of swimming: what happens beneath the surface. Swimmers will learn how to create more speed off every wall, maintain that speed underwater, and carry their momentum through the breakout.
The goal isn’t simply to stay underwater longer. It’s to make your underwater swimming FASTER.
1.) CAMP OVERVIEW:
Dates: December 19-20th, 2026
Camp Time: 1:30-3:00 PM EST each day
Age Group: 11 & Up
Gender: Coed
Check-in: ALL Campers: Check-in daily at 1:15 PM in the lobby of the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center, 15 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Check-out: A group wrap-up will mark the end of each session. Campers should be picked up promptly at 3:00 PM EST each day.
Day Schedule: Each 1.5-hour session will include focused instruction, drills, skill work, testing, and underwater speed challenges designed to help swimmers create and maintain more speed beneath the surface.
