By Purchasing a Ticket, you agree to the following terms below:

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in physical activities and fitness programs, including but not limited to classes and sessions offered by Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, and Zen Beatz Walks, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any activity, class, session, or program provided by Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, and Zen Beatz Walks, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, Zen Beatz Walks, their owners, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, Zen Beatz Walks, their owners, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may result from my participation in their activities, programs, and classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Clearance

I certify that I am in good health and physical condition to participate in the activities, programs, and classes offered by Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, and Zen Beatz Walks. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.

5. Photography and Media Release

I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes by Flex Motion Fitness, Jenna Neumann, and Zen Beatz Walks. I waive any right to compensation and the right to review or approve such use.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
