I'm so excited to announce that we are launching a brand new Dance Fitness workout to our timetable!

When you come to Decades Reloaded®, you’re not just moving your body – you’re giving your mind a boost too. We dance to music you love, we laugh, we sing along, and we create moments that make the day feel lighter.
