🎵💃 A musical journey through the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, one decade at a time! Decade Divide is NOT your boring corner-of-the-bar cover band. Every live performance is jam packed with decade appropriate costumes and props, a high level of energy, and good-natured banter that invites audience interaction. Prepare to have memories of yesteryear relived at the very same time new memories are being created!Each set is a different decade:
First, you find yourself on a highway right into the Danger Zone. AKA the 1980s. Vivid colors, ivory blazers, leather spandex, and big hair rule the stage. Turn loose to songs like "I Love Rock N' Roll," "Rebel Yell," and Michael Jackson's "Beat It!" A giant can of hairspray might even get passed around!
Next, the carefree vibe of the 90s is now present. Tunes from Backstreet Boys, Blink-182, and even Kid Rock are being sung by everyone. Flannel, ripped jeans, and tank tops have finally taken over. Could there be a slight smell of Teen Spirit in the air? You betcha.
And finally, it’s the first decade of the 2000s in all of its new millennium glory. Pop punk anthems from Fall Out Boy and Sum 41 make the crowd bounce while songs by Shaggy and No Doubt are certain to make the dance floor bumpin’. From skinny jeans to JNCO jeans and emo black to frosted tips, the fashion and tunes of not so long ago are now solidified as a piece of tribute history.
