Looking forward to seeing you at our last walk of the year 2025.
The walk will be a gentle pace and last between 45-60 minutes. It is accessible to all on flat ground and on pathway around the lake.
Anyone needing a shorter walk, or if you need to wait in the cafe while someone walks your dog, just let us know.
Our walks were designed with greyhounds and lurchers in mind but other breeds are also very welcome to join in. It's a great way to socialise your dogs and meet like minded people.
During the walk, all dogs must be kept on lead and a muzzle worn if needed. Please keep in mind that there will also be homeless hounds walking with us who might be new to walking in a park and have never seen other breeds before.
We'll be meeting near the car park, which is free, and setting of at 10:30am so that we’re back in time for people to have some refreshments. If anyone wants to bring some home made cake to share…… or treats for the dogs, please do so 😁
There are toilets near the cafe should you need them and the parking is free.
No need to book our walks, just turn up and join in.
We’ll also have the usual ££ donations bucket and a goodies donation bag too.
