BLIND DESCENT (Anna Pigeon #6)
by Nevada Barr
1998 | Mystery/Suspense
Setting: Lechuguilla Cave, New Mexico
Pages: approx 352
Park ranger Anna Pigeon descends into a vast New Mexico cave after a fellow ranger is badly injured during an expedition. Far below ground, Anna confronts darkness, isolation, and a growing suspicion that the accident was no accident at all.
Recommended by: Jerri Fenton. Anna Pigeon is a favorite of Jerri’s. This time the author, with her superlative descriptions, takes us on a journey into the depths of the earth as Anna faces fear, doubt, her loyalty, even her life to save a friend.
