Yes, Bonnie and I have started a new group, the BarFlys! We’ve been working hard finding the right combination of players/singers. We think you’ll agree the time and effort has paid off. Introducing, Rick Begley, on guitar and vocals, who has been with Just ‘n Tyme for many years. A thank you to them for sharing his talents. Mike Kompar, who is one of the nicest and funniest bass players I’ve worked with. He has talent to spare, playing and singing.
Bill Mattingly Jr. on drums and hopefully vocals.(hint hint, Bill)
Bonnie Kleinman, my partner in crime, on vocals and some added percussion. Then there’s me, Dirt, on guitar, harmonica and vocals along with a Roland GR-55 Guitar Synth we’ve added because we couldn’t find a keyboardist we wanted. It helps adding some strings, horns, etc here and there.
So, there you have it. Please come join us at the Amvets #464 in Huber. I’m sure you’ll like our variety and song choice!
