For Christian pastors, missionaries, or ministry leaders. Debriefing is a guided 5 day retreat/ rest; with personal reflection, sharing your story, and finding new perspectives from God.
We follow the Le Rusher Ministries (Exchange at the Cross) model of personal debriefing. This is a proven method of assessing events of life and ministry in a safe and supportive environment. It is a structured progression through stressors, associated losses, adjustments, and recovery of hopes for fresh vision and energy.
Call for scheduling. We usually begin on a Sunday evening and finish Friday by noon. Reservations (available for any week during the year), are on a first-come, first-served basis. The week listed here is a sample week, but please call to check on a week that suits your schedule.
