Debenham (Woolpack) Trail Run

Been a while since we did this one so time for its resurrection.
Trail run from this wonderful village pub in the heart of Suffolk.
One of the classic runs with amazing views, long green lanes and big open countryside. Even a lovely ford (although this one has a high footpath to avoid the water if required!).
Worth coming just for the fact you will be able to say you ran along Waddlegoose Lane!!
Suffolk countryside at it's best with this one.
Sure to be a great night, and all free.
The village fish and chip shop is opposite so bit of traditional British food after the run.
Waddlegoose Lane, it is thought, was once a Roman road. Part of a much greater road system designed by the Romans that spanned across East Anglia.
After the Romans left, their roads remained the best available transport network for centuries, used by medieval travelers, drovers, and eventually became bridleways or byways just like the wonderful Waddlegoose Lane.
On Wednesday next you can run this stunning path.
