Pranayama: Harness the power of your breath to calm your nervous system
Yoga - Vinyasa Flow (suitable for all levels): Connects movement with breath to awaken and align your body
Guided Meditation: Find clarity and stillness within
After a break to enjoy morning tea and refuel, Debbie will take you on a powerful Psychedelic Breath journey.
Soul-nourishing vegan food will be provided by Wild Pear Kitchen, to ground you.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® blends ancient breathing techniques, backed by contempory science and the art of electronic dance music to guide you into higher states of consciousness and is the gateway to deeper meditation. This rapid breathing practice allows you to explore what your body is holding with intention and curiousity.
