Let's start riding out to 95 north to Death Valley National Park to check out Badwater Basin, 282 feet below sea level, and the temporary lake that filled up. When we arrived in Death Valley, we stopped at Stovepipe Wells Village Saloon for lunch, and after lunch, we headed to Badwater Basin and checked out the lake.
The lake fills up every 10 to 20 years, and now it's the time to check it out. After Badwater Basin, we will continue riding back along the lake's twisty road to the back side of Shoshone and continue riding towards Pahrump and stop for gas. After the break, we will head back home.
Meet at the Shell gas station at 8:00 am and kickstand up at 8:15 am.

This is a full day ride and roughly about 350 miles round trip.
Before the morning ride, please have a nice full breakfast at home or eat out, whatever you prefer. Travel time is limited, and we would rather not rush the ride.
Please bring plenty of fluids for the ride and some snack bars, and the weather for this Saturday's ride is a low of 90s degrees in the Death Valley area.
