Death LOOP 2027
About this Event
This is a self-supported ride; participants must be prepared to handle any and all situations. The RWGPS file will be provided via email along with a list of mandatory items. We will do our best to stay together, but riders are expected to be able to keep a 13 mph pace on pavement/dirt roads and an 8 mph pace on rugged trails. The estimated distance is 67 miles, but everyone should be able to self-navigate if they cannot keep pace with the main group. Avg speed is 10 mph. The ride is limited to the first 35 registered riders.
New for 2027, the Mega Death Loop is the only offering giving riders the option to go a little further but get lunch in Paisley at the Italian place mid-ride. This year, we will go anti-clockwise from our start location. Specifics on the parking location will be emailed along with route info to registered riders 2 weeks before the start.
This year, we will be our fourth year of providing riders with a Death Loop Patch! The patch design is in the Banner!
