Winter is the season of stillness, reflection, and truth-telling.
You are invited into a rare and intimate experience: a full-day immersion exploring death not as an ending, but as a threshold — a place where clarity, healing, and renewal awaken.
This workshop is tender, profound, creative, and deeply human.
It is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Together we move through three transformative rites of passage:

✨ PART I — Guided Interactive Death Practice
A contemplative journey where you gently explore your personal relationship with death and dying.
Through guided visualization, reflective writing, and supported inquiry, you will uncover:
• the stories you inherited about death
• the fears or numbness you carry
• the wisdom hidden beneath your resistance
• what death reveals about how you’re living
This practice is grounding, clarifying, and often life-shifting.

✨ PART II — The Death Box Ritual
During this portion, light food and refreshments will be served as you create your Death & Legacy Box — a sacred container representing you, how you see your funeral, final messages, and the truths you wish to be remembered for.
This segment includes:
• a guided death-awareness visualization
• journaling + meaning-making
• creating a personal Death Box
• decorating it with materials that reflect your story
• a gentle letting-go ritual
• reflection while sharing food in community

✨ PART III — The Living Funeral Ceremony
The day concludes with a deeply moving symbolic death and rebirth ritual.
Participants are invited (never required) to:
• write their last reflections or final words
• be guided through a symbolic “death” journey
• release what is ready to be released
• “return” with clarity, gratitude, and renewed purpose
This ceremony often becomes a turning point — a moment of profound awakening.
