YFD Aftercare: Death Café – A Safe Space for Open ConversationsAt YFD, our care doesn’t end with the funeral. Grief is a journey, and no one should have to walk it alone. That’s why we host Death Café, a warm and welcoming space where people can come together to talk openly about death, dying, and grief.
It’s not a support group or a counseling session—just honest conversations over coffee and cake, where thoughts and experiences can be shared without judgment.
Whether you're navigating loss, curious about end-of-life topics, or simply seeking connection, you’re welcome here. Because sometimes, talking about death helps us appreciate life even more.
Come early and settle in! Please arrive 15 minutes before the event in the Function Room to grab a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy some cake on us. It’s a relaxed space with easy access and plenty of free parking.
