Attention CHS! On the week of Jan 27-31 5:15-6:15am at the CHS track, there will be a revival of Death at Dawn. All workouts will be supervised and organized by the CHS Cross Country coaches Jennifer and Travis Shope. There will be running, HIIT type workouts, competitions, etc. to get participants ready for their spring sports.
