Death & Debauchery–A True Crime Walk

Every story of Eureka Springs starts at the spring. This one keeps going.
Death, debauchery and disease. Bootlegging and brothels. Grifters, gangsters, violence and lawlessness. A town with no roads, no plumbing and no laws, carved out of terrain that was spectacular and unforgiving in equal measure.
Fair warning: this is not the picture postcard story of healing water and Victorian beauty. That's our other tour. This one gets real. Crimes from our beginning right up to now... come if you dare.
Fridays and Saturdays at 2:00 PM through December
70 minutes on foot
Meet at Basin Spring Park, at the map kiosk closest to the Basin Park Hotel
Wear comfortable shoes.
Eureka Springs Walking Tours is operated by Main Street Eureka Springs. Every ticket supports downtown.
