Death and Taxes, Sven and his Masterful Few

2 great Swing Bands, 1 night at the Opera House Saloon!

Head on out to Roseville for a great night of 1940’s style swing dancing. On Friday, Sept. 5 from 8:30 PM - Midnight, the Death and Taxes Swing Band will be joined by Sven and the Masterful Few for a night swing dancing, Lindy Hop and fun. The evening will start off with a short swing dance lesson before the dancing begins.

A huge dance floor, great drinks and the nostalgia of stepping back to the 1940’s!

The Death and Taxes Swing Band will host the evening and they are unavoidably swingin'. You've heard all the usual swing bands, time to check out something a little different. Featuring extra danceable arrangements, sultry vocals, and a whole lot of rhythm.

Sven and the Masterful Few features lead singer Sven Soderlund who left the rock and metal world to become an old school style crooner, covering Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra and more. He and his Masterful Few take you back to the years of fancy suits, elegant gowns and dancing to classic love songs.
