Three powerful practices – one transformative journeyStep into a sacred space of healing, remembrance, and connection.
Join us for a deeply heart-opening and nourishing evening where sound healing, breathwork, and dearmouring come together in a powerful symphony of presence. Each of these modalities holds its own unique medicine — and when woven together, they open the doorway to deep release, embodiment, and awakening.
🎵 Sound gently guides the nervous system into balance. With singing bowls placed directly on the body, it supports deep relaxation, vibrational opening, and cellular healing.
🌬️ Breath becomes a gateway to altered states of awareness, amplified by drums, gongs, and other instruments that help shift stagnant energy and emotions.
🤲 Touch through dearmouring invites the body to soften, release layers of protective armor, and reconnect with feeling, sensitivity, and aliveness.
We’ll be working in pairs — giving and receiving — allowing for shared presence, co-regulation, and deep connection. This format fosters safety, trust, and a sense of being truly seen.
This is an invitation to return to yourself.
To remember your wholeness, sensitivity, and power — and to gently let go of what no longer serves you.
Your Facilitators
🌿 Aistė Li – “My passion is to share the healing power of sound and presence, creating nurturing spaces for inner reconnection and offering one-to-one sessions as a psychologist and sound therapist.”
🌿 Olof Jilken – “My passion is to create sacred spaces for deep healing, and to provide guidance and support through one-to-one sessions in parts work and dearmouring.”
Together, Aistė and Olof bring years of experience as devoted healers and space holders, guiding others to reconnect with their inner world and each other through awareness, the senses, and loving presence.
They remind us: we are not here to be separate — but to awaken in togetherness.
