About this Event

Dear Portland is a free, immersive exhibition by Humans for Housing that brings together human stories, data, and space to explore Portland’s housing crisis with care, clarity, and imagination.

Framed as an intimate letter to a beloved city, Dear Portland invites visitors to see the housing crisis more clearly, feel it more deeply, and imagine what’s possible when we stand up for our neighbors.

During Portland’s First Thursday on February 5, the public is invited to attend an exclusive sneak peek event from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

This intimate preview is limited to 30 tickets and will feature:

  • Members of the exhibition’s curatorial team
  • Select storytellers whose voices help shape Dear Portland
  • Early access to the exhibition space before the public opening

The gallery will be open to the public following this event from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. for Portland’s First Thursday.

Tickets for the sneak peek are free but must be reserved in advance due to limited capacity.
